Born in Detroit and displaced East—like the auto-industry—Tommy writes about travel and culture and music and science and Billy Ocean. He is currently an editor with Departures and Centurion Magazine. He also worked as a writer with Paste Magazine and under the former Conde Nast Traveler network. His writing also appears in Vogue, Vice, Paste Magazine, Departures, Centurion, Thrillist, CN Traveler, Business Insider, and others.
